Greek Island Blackened Fish Blend
Greeks don’t typically blacken fish in the traditional way, but this Greek does! With my exceptional Greek oregano, basil and thyme coupled with the high heat used to blacken the fish, the flavors explode. This is one of the most preferred styles of cooking fish, but catfish is my favorite. You can use this blend for many possibilities other than blackened fish and the aromas are amazing!
