1 rack of pork ribs
1 hot pepper
Set rack of ribs out and get to room temperature. Juice both sides of rack with juice of one lemon. Generously rub both sides of rack with Taste of Florida. Slice 1 Florida orange and place slices on rack. Place one fresh hot pepper in middle of orange slices. Wrap in plastic wrap tightly. Then wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 355° for 1 hour and 50 minutes. When done, unwrap and enjoy. These will be wet ribs and delicious.
